Why “Curago”?
Curago combines the Latin cura – to care or manage – with ago – I do, I act, I drive, I get things done.
So Curago means “We manage and deliver,” which is exactly what we stand for: operators and advisors, not consultants, accountable for outcomes rather than just advice.
Most advisory work ends where the real work begins. A consultant maps the opportunity, hands over a deck, and leaves the client to execute with the same team that couldn't get to it in the first place.
We work the other way around. We take the line role, not a seat beside it. When there's a transaction, we lead the due diligence. When pricing is the problem, we build the model and drive the increases through. We embed on the same accountability a permanent executive would carry – diagnose, scope, deliver, and embed the change so it holds.

Founder
Gino Sorrentino
Gino has been practicing as CFO, M&A and Corporate Advisory roles across both Private Equity and ASX-listed businesses, with hands-on experience delivering enterprise value growth across capital-intensive, multinationals in ANZ, Europe and the USA.
He has a track record scaling platforms, leading complex domestic and cross-border M&A and divestments, securing syndicated facilities up to $150m, and building exit-ready operating models.
He's led and played a key role in more than 30 acquisitions ranging from $4m up to $1.3bn transactions, including targeting, valuations, due diligence, through to integration.
Commercially, he's hands-on helping businesses grow and expand margins by developing deal commercials, building pricing models, and negotiating outcomes across multiple businesses.
He's a commercially driven leader partnering closely with CEOs and Boards to align strategy, capital allocation and performance, ensuring disciplined balance sheet optimisation.
...and finally, he has deep experience in transformation, ERP implementations, governance uplift, crisis navigation and post-acquisition integration across 30+ countries.
